En effet, dans une logique circulaire, chez Pauljac on s’engage à recycler en combustible vert vos chaussures en fin de vie. Frequently Asked Questions

How do I maintain my Pauljac?

For the maintenance of your PAULJAC we advise you to wash them with soapy water and a cloth or a sponge. On the top as for the sole in order to preserve its whiteness. Then let them dry in the open air with a paper inside to keep the shape. In case of stains, a textile stain remover can be used.

Be careful not to put them in the washing machine as this would damage the leather part.

Where are the Pauljacs made?

It is in a family workshop in Portugal in the region of Porto that the Pauljacs are manufactured. The design, creation and logistics are located in our offices in Bordeaux.

We advise you to start with your usual size. If you are between two sizes, choose the one below.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you have 15 days to change the size or model if they have not been worn. To do this, send us to [email protected] your name, the model you have and the one you want. A pre-paid label will be provided to you in return.
